• Pay Rate for Packer/Quality Position: $17.00 - $18.27hr

• Visually inspect product aesthetics to ensure compliance with customer specifications
• Read Work Orders and set up area with required packaging materials
• Record scrap data (scrap piece count and scrap reasons) and communicate to OPS team
• Recognize all profile quality defects and take appropriate action
• Accurately count & package finished goods in accordance with packaging guidelines
• Accurately document production data
• Observe safety and security procedures & reports potentially unsafe conditions
• Participate in continuous improvement projects/events
• Forklift operation

• HS Diploma or GED
• Forklift experience
• Able to read digital calipers, dial calipers, and tape measures.
• Quality is a major focus in this role and requires being focused on identifying and preventing quality defects from making it to the customer.
