Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for both clinical and operations roles, in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

  • Manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously across clinical and operations functions, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.

  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine qualifications, skills, and overall fit for roles.

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and operations candidates to understand career goals, preferences, and availability, enabling long-term pipeline development.

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, background checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination, ensuring operational efficiency and consistency.

  • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with healthcare staffing requirements.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activity in the applicant tracking system (currently Lever), ensuring clean data and scalable recruiting operations.

  • Leverage recruiting data and metrics to identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency, candidate quality, and recruiting operations processes.

About you

  • 4+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter supporting operations roles.

  • Proven experience in high-volume recruiting environments, preferably within healthcare, digital health, or high-growth organizations.

  • Startup experience at a Digital Health or Tech company, or comparable experience in a scaling, operations-heavy recruiting environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage multiple pipelines across clinical and non-clinical functions.

  • Comfortable identifying, engaging, and closing candidates across diverse role types and priorities.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume setting.

  • Strong experience working with LinkedIn, Lever (or other ATS), and G-Suite products
