The Office Manager will provide administrative and project management support for the US Regional Headquarters in Canton, MA, including office management and support of mailroom and fulfillment operations.
What you'll do
Project Management & Oversight Responsibilities

  • Detailed project planning, timelines, and milestone tracking
  • Project meeting coordination and facilitation
  • Risk and issue identification and mitigation
  • Budget management and reporting
  • Stakeholder communication and management
  • Comprehensive project documentation
  • Continuous process improvement initiatives
Mailroom and Fulfillment
  • Day-to-day oversight of incoming and outgoing mail operations
  • Team management and supervision of fulfillment specialists
  • End-to-end fulfillment process oversight (receiving, sorting, packaging, dispatching)
  • Quality control procedures and error minimization
  • Data privacy and confidentiality compliance
  • KPI tracking and reporting (volume, turnaround times, error rates)
Office Operations
  • Oversight of office operations, including coordination of office visits and logistics, and technology coordination
  • Review of ongoing invoicing from vendors and providers, and coordination and resolution of inquiries with Accounts Payable
  • Inventory management and vendor coordination, including office supplies and procurement, coordination with courier services, delivery schedules and logistics
  • Oversee office equipment management and IT support coordination
  • Manage office visitor check-in and security protocols

Salary Range: $57,600.00 - $90,000 USD Annual
Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
