In this role, you will act as a trusted operational partner to corporate client administrators. You will troubleshoot complex benefits data issues, diagnose root causes, and drive technical solutions that ensure seamless business continuity. This is an ideal opportunity for a curious, collaborative professional dedicated to delivering exceptional B2B SaaS client experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as Primary Client Contact: Act as the strategic operational anchor for a dedicated portfolio of SaaS clients.

  • Execute Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical inquiries and operational cases efficiently via our internal ticketing workflow.

  • Lead Data & System Audits: Deeply analyze, test, and diagnose complex benefits data, eligibility rules, and platform configuration discrepancies.

  • Drive Root-Cause Resolution: Provide clear, actionable written solutions to client administrators to guarantee continuous, flawless platform operations.

  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Configuration, EDI, and Shared Services teams to resolve high-tier escalations.
