  • Configuration & Implementation: Configure our platform to meet client requirements for new plan offerings, annual enrollment changes, and system enhancements. Produce clear configuration designs and realistic project estimates.

  • Quality & Standards: Set high standards for your work, ensure deliverables are accurate and complete, and maintain effective work habits including quality, punctuality, and responsiveness.

  • Technical Analysis: Analyze client business requirements, evaluate technical feasibility, and document solutions clearly so others can understand your decisions and approach.

  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively as a member of the Implementation Team, supporting multiple clients, and promoting a collaborative work environment.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of IT or system configuration/implementation experience - You have hands-on experience implementing and configuring enterprise systems.

  • You write queries, interpret data, debug processing issues, and understand SQL Server concepts. Experience in SQL is mandatory, bonus if you have working knowledge in MS SQL Server Management Studio

  • You understand object-oriented programming concepts and can read/interpret technical code. (Java, C#, Python, etc.).

  • You've worked with configuration tools or have experience designing solutions in object-oriented environments.

  • You explain complex technical issues clearly, troubleshoot systematically, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. You're reliable, adaptable, and take initiative.

Nice-to-Have:

  • H&W Benefits or Payroll industry experience

  • ASP.NET or web application development background
