WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
If you are fascinated with the evolution of the TV industry and uncovering customer insights with the best quality data, this is the place for you!
HOW YOU'LL BE CONTRIBUTING:
  • Oversees all data needs tied to the addressable TV targeting and measurement process, working with ad agencies, data vendors, internal sellers, and ad operation managers
  • Prepares analytics reports using internal and external data, crafts and visualizes insights, identifies recommendations; must be comfortable presenting results and telling a story to clients
  • Works alongside Ampersand National Addressable Sales executives and responds to internal requests to support targeted and addressable TV initiatives
  • Defines and creates custom audience targets using data management tools while collaborating with leading data companies
  • Assesses feasibility of measurement studies associated with addressable TV campaigns and tracks costs related to media plan execution
  • Contributes to benchmarking of data and measurement results in collaboration with Ampersand data team
  • Communicates needs, solves problems with data partners, broadband and cable operators

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • 1-3 years' experience in a data a role with a publisher, agency, or data/ researcher provider
  • Demonstrated familiarity and interest in targeted media; Addressable TV experience preferred
  • Ability to synthesize insights from disparate data sources
  • Experience with multiple research methodologies, as well as comfort with working both 1st and 3rd party data sets
  • Mastery of XLS and PPT

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Ampersand salary range for this position in the New York City Metro Area. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, experience and performance
The range listed is just one component of Ampersand's total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary annual bonuses and / or overtime, commission, etc., as well as competitive benefits including PTO, medical & dental & vision benefits, 401K with employer match, short & long-term disability, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, pre-tax commuter benefits & flexible spending accounts.
Salary Range Transparency
This role has a base salary of $75,000 and a discretionary annual bonus.
