Our therapists utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring they can reach a diverse client base while offering convenience and accessibility. The outpatient setting emphasizes adaptability, enabling therapists to customize their schedules around their caseloads and personal commitments.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and specific needs, taking into account their unique histories and challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with their goals, incorporating evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic techniques to foster meaningful progress.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to adult clients, employing various modalities to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to effectively connect with clients, ensuring a seamless virtual experience that maintains the integrity and confidentiality of therapeutic work.
• Offer crisis intervention services as needed, remaining available and responsive to clients experiencing acute mental health issues.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as attending workshops and training sessions, to stay informed about best practices and advances in the field of mental health therapy.

• Possession of a valid and current license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach in client interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload effectively.
• No history of disciplinary actions on licensing board records.

• Prior experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly with adult clients.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote client engagement.
• Experience in providing crisis intervention and support services.

• Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
