Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and specific needs, taking into account their unique histories and challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with their goals, incorporating evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic techniques to foster meaningful progress.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to adult clients, employing various modalities to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid and current license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.
  • Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach in client interactions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload effectively.
  • No history of disciplinary actions on licensing board records.

  • Prior experience in outpatient therapy settings, particularly with adult clients.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote client engagement.
  • Experience in providing crisis intervention and support services.
