Job description

Job Details
Responsible for the daily operation of the Telephone Room and staff. Provides supervision and support of staff as it relates to meeting established grades of service within the Jefferson division and its clients and customers. Promotes Service Excellence as the primary goal of the Telephone Room.
Job Description
Day shift with flexibility to cover evening shift or overnight, when needed.
Essential Functions
  • Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
  • Answers phones/responds to CODES
  • Trains new personnel on all aspects of the Telephone Operations including all CODES.
  • Tracks all CODES in log
  • Triages concerns/issues
  • Perform call monitoring for staff performance.
  • Prepares monthly staff performance and statistical reports.
  • Maintain time record cards and Telephone Room employee personnel files.
  • Triages on call needs for team as appropriate.
  • Create and maintain schedule for staff
  • Covers shifts on an as needed basis due to call outs/lack of coverage.
Education:
  • High School Diploma required.
AND
Experience:
  • At least three years' supervisory or lead experience. At least five years of telephone operator experience.
  • Strong Service Excellence skills.
