Overview
Registered Nurse โ€“ Med Surg/Telemetry (MS/Tele) โ€“ Saint Louis, MO, US. Travel temporary assignment starting 07/13/2026 for Weeks on a 3x12 Night shift. Weekly pay range: $2,078โ€“$2,199. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week on a 3x12 night schedule. Unit scope includes Neuro/Ortho (MS/Telemetry) on an acute care hospital unit with telemetry monitoring and inpatient care.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult populations on the Neuro/Ortho, MS/Tele unit, including orthopedic post-op and stroke/neuro patients
- Monitor telemetry, interpret rhythm strips, respond to alarms, and intervene as needed
- Perform IV starts and maintenance, PICC line care, and vascular access as required
- Administer medications, bedside procedures, wound care, and isolation precautions with adherence to PPE protocols
- Support care coordination, discharge planning, and patient/family education; document in the electronic health record (EPIC)
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team; participate in rounding and care planning; float within the MS/Tele service line as needed
Requirements
- Licensure: Active RN license in Missouri or eligible; pending licenses accepted per compliance notes
- Certifications: BLS (BCLS) and NIHSS; ACLS may be required for some locations โ€” verify per assignment
- Experience: 2+ years RN experience preferred; first-time travelers accepted
- Unit experience: Telemetry/Neuro/Ortho care, including IV starts, PICC care, and post-op management
- Workflow: Ability to work nights, float within MS/Tele; compliance with non-ICU/SDU/ED scope; local candidates within 75 miles not eligible per policy
