What does a telemedicine operation manager do?

A Telemedicine Operation Manager oversees the daily operations and logistical aspects of telemedicine programs within healthcare organizations. They are responsible for coordinating technology platforms, managing remote clinical teams, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimizing patient workflows.
