We are seeking a highly skilled Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Make warm calls to potential customers to introduce our loan packages
- Utilize inside sales techniques to qualify leads and transfer to our Mortgage Loan Officers.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding
- Demonstrate technical sales skills, staying up-to-date on the latest technology trends.
- Utilize technology sales strategies to effectively communicate with customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Learn and apply new software and technologies to optimize sales processes.

Experience:
- Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred.
- Proven track record of success in a sales environment, with a focus on generating leads
- Fluency in English is essential.
