We are looking for an experienced Loan Processor to join our growing mortgage team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the mortgage broker industry and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple loan files from application through closing.

Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loan files from submission to closing
• Review loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and lenders throughout the process
• Request and review conditions to ensure timely loan approvals and closings
• Maintain accurate loan status updates and documentation in CRM systems
• Ensure compliance with lender and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor in the broker channel
• Strong knowledge of mortgage guidelines and loan documentation
• Experience working with:
• EPM
• UWM
• Village Capital
• Salesforce
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines efficiently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to problem-solve independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with conventional, FHA, VA, and non-QM loans
• Familiarity with AUS systems and mortgage processing platforms
• Strong customer service skills and team-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
