We are seeking an awesome person to join our team as a Telemarketer and Sales Support Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for making outbound calls to independent Life Insurance Professionals and Financial Advisors.
We're the Number 1 Regional Office for Midland National Life and this person will help with multiple parts of our small business and be the first impression our Agents hear from, the one to call Agents and Prospects to get them to attend our training meetings and sales workshop events, and the one to help them learn to move their life insurance business from submitted to completed.
The right person will be a go-getter, extremely personable, emotionally intelligent, confident, outgoing, and self-motivated. We can teach the details of our business- we’re looking for that magnetic personality that can engage, motivate, and build relationships.
