What You Will Do (Daily Responsibilities)
- Uncover Risk: Conduct consultative virtual and face-to-face appointments to spot coverage gaps and protect families using State Farm's industry-leading product suite.
- Close Inbound & Warm Leads: Convert incoming quote requests, live transfers, and high-intent prospects inside our pipeline.
- Strategic Outbound Prospecting: Maintain a high-activity desk by making 75-100 outbound dials daily, blending targeted local lists with our existing database of past quotes, household pivots, and win-back opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Relentlessly track, nurture, and multi-touch prospects inside our CRM to build a massive pipeline.
- Smash Targets: Exceed monthly outbound activity metrics and written premium goals to unlock maximum commission tiers.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
- The License: Active California Property & Casualty (P&C) license required to begin quoting. (Life & Health license is a major plus, or must be obtained shortly after hiring). If unlicensed, you must be willing to self-study and pass the exams prior to your official sales start date.
- The Grit: High rejection tolerance, thick-skinned, and highly motivated by financial targets.
- The Experience: 1+ years of high-volume outbound sales experience (outbound dialing, door-to-door, car sales, or B2B sales preferred).
- The Skills: Professional phone presence, high emotional intelligence, and fast typing speed.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
