• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' specific challenges, goals, and strengths.
• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Provide high-quality individual, couple, and family therapy in a virtual setting, ensuring a safe space for open dialogue.
• Facilitate psychoeducational support groups, fostering community connections and shared experiences for participants.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care tailored to each patient’s circumstances.
• Offer timely crisis intervention services and case management Support during mental health emergencies.
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources available in their local communities.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other legal and ethical standards.
• Actively participate in professional development, staff meetings, and case consultations to enhance overall service delivery.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LSCSW, LCP, LCPC, Psychologist, or LCMFT within the state of Kansas.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities are essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster effective client-therapist relationships.
• Demonstrated capability to construct meaningful treatment plans and deliver impactful therapy sessions.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, promoting an integrated approach to mental health care.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling or therapy setting.
• Proficiency in the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and maintain clinical notes efficiently.
• Experience conducting therapy with a focus on both individual and group settings, ideally in a telehealth context.
