• Conduct detailed assessments and formulate tailored treatment plans, including the development of crisis management plans, positive behavior support plans, and medication treatment plans, as required.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and therapeutic interventions, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as recommended by the clinical team to enhance diagnostic accuracy and treatment efficacy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized positive behavior support strategies, optimizing client outcomes.
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation activities, ensuring that the organization meets all necessary regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant social service systems, state agencies, and community resources to facilitate comprehensive support networks.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues, stakeholders, and community partners to uphold the organization’s mission and promote mental health awareness.
• Seek opportunities for personal and professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and participating in community task forces related to mental health.
• Promote and embody the agency’s core mission, values, and philosophy throughout all interactions and initiatives.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall functioning of the telehealth program.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing emotional distress, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental or cognitive challenges. • A Master’s degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• An independent LMHC license is mandatory, as governed by the state board.

• Ability to articulate concepts clearly and compellingly to diverse audiences.
