The Soler Mental and Behavioral Center is excited to announce openings for full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our dedicated team. This role is designed for licensed professionals, including LCSWs, LMFTs, and LPCCs, who are committed to enhancing the mental health and wellbeing of our clients through telehealth services from the comfort of their own spaces.

Soler Mental and Behavioral Center is a leading outpatient psychiatric practice based in Redding, California, specializing in a comprehensive range of mental health services. Our multidisciplinary team leverages evidence-based practices to provide tailored care addressing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. You will work within a supportive and innovative telehealth setting, utilizing advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client data effectively and securely.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify the unique needs of each patient, developing personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Implement diverse evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, drawing upon methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Lead psychoeducational and support groups designed to foster community and understanding surrounding common emotional struggles among participants.
• Work in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated care that addresses the full spectrum of patient needs.
• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, ensuring immediate support for clients during emergency situations and facilitating a pathway toward recovery.
• Educate patients about mental health issues, treatment options, and local resources available to support their journey toward wellness.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards required for mental health practices.
• Participate proactively in team meetings and professional development workshops to stay updated on evolving best practices in mental health therapy.

Our client base encompasses a diverse array of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including children, adolescents, and adults from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. The focus of our practice is not only on treating existing conditions but also on promoting mental health awareness and preventive care within the community.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in the state of California.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities and a strong understanding of mental health disorders.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and design effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members alike.
• High ethical standards with a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and competency in digital communication tools used for telehealth implementations.

• Experience in telehealth or remote therapy settings is highly desirable.
• Prior work with diverse populations or specialized training in trauma-informed care or substance abuse treatment is a plus.
• Previous involvement in professional organizations or contributions to mental health advocacy can enhance collaborative efforts within the team.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 120,000 and 140,000 annually, with a significant sign-on bonus of $3,000.
