Familiarity with telehandler controls, load charts, and maintenance systems is typically required. Telehandler Forklift operators often encounter challenges such as working in confined spaces, handling loads of varying sizes, and adapting to changing weather conditions on construction sites. It combines the functions of a traditional forklift with a telescopic boom, allowing it to lift, move, and place materials at various heights and distances. Telehandlers can be fitted with different attachments, such as forks, buckets, or lifting hooks, making them suitable for a wide range of tasks. Their ability to reach over obstacles and access hard-to-reach areas makes them invaluable on job sites.
