Job description
The Maintenance Technician will be required to follow procedures and document work, hold safety in the highest regard, be highly motivated, willing to learn & required to perform preventative/ corrective maintenance, in accordance with a total preventative maintenance (TPM) program, on various types of Commercial Jet Engine Test Cell equipment.
Military backgrounds in aircraft maintenance, avionics, electrical/mechanical systems, power generation, or ground support equipment align well with this role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preventative Maintenance Inspections
- Corrective Maintenance Repair
- Failure Analysis
- Operation of Specialized Equipment
- Setup, installation, calibration, documentation, and operation of analog and digital instrumentation, data acquisition, and processing systems
- Contributing to the investigation, correction and documentation of instrumentation or system malfunctions
- Actively participate in multi-skills development
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Assist with safety and environmental inspections to maintain facility compliance
Basic Qualifications:
- Active Military personnel on their last 180 days of military service
- Associate's degree in a technical field from an accredited school or institution {OR High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 2 years of technical experience (including experience in industrial maintenance)
- Physical requirements: Regularly lift/push/pull up to [50] lbs, stand/walk for extended periods; climb ladders/stands; work at heights and in highnoise environments; wear required PPE (hearing/eye protection, safety footwear, etc.)

- Experience with operation of mobile equipment (forklift, telehandler, personnel lift)
- Computerized maintenance management experience (Ex. Maximo, Oracle, SAP)
- Strong troubleshooting experience
