Job description

MISION:

Prestar el apoyo y atencion necesaria a las familias para poder llevar a cabo los servicios con la maxima calidad y satisfaccion por su parte y aprovechar oportunidades comerciales, conforme a los protocolos establecidos en el Manual de Procedimientos. 

RESPONSABILIDADES:

- Atencion telefonica y personal a las familias.
- Ubicar a las familias en el tanatorio y atenderlas durante su estancia en el tanatorio.
- Toma inicial de datos de nuevos servicios y registro de informacion de los servicios en curso.
- Tareas administrativas de soporte.
- Gestionar directamente, si es posible, las peticiones de informacion sobre servicios de caracter no administrativo, o redirigirlas a Planificacion en caso de no disponer de la informacion.
- Asegurar la colocacion de todos los elementos de Marca en las salas de velatorio (y retirarlas posteriormente si el tanatorio no es propiedad).
- Realizar todos los "puntos de contacto con la familia" establecidos en los manuales de procedimientos: recepcion de la familia en tanatorio, apertura de sala y presentacion de difunto, visita intermedia a sala, acompanamiento al y durante oratorio, acompanamiento durante la inhumacion o cremacion.
- Realizar la entrega de cenizas donde la familia lo desee.
- Participar en las ceremonias de cremacion, inhumacion o de despedida para los que haya sido debidamente formado y conforme a los protocolos establecidos. 
- Garantizar el cumplimiento del Codigo Etico de Conducta.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los protocolos en materia de seguridad y prevencion de riesgos laborales, inherentes a sus funciones.
