Job Description

At Teledyne Cable Solutions-part of the globally recognized Teledyne Marine group-you'll play a key role in connecting customers with the engineered cable solutions that power critical underwater technologies. In this role, you'll be a trusted partner to both customers and internal teams, ensuring solutions are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with the exceptional service Teledyne is known for. You'll help maintain longstanding customer relationships while supporting the growth of our product lines across multiple industries.
What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Work to understand customer needs and recommend solutions aligned with our products and capabilities.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries about product features, pricing, availability, and order status.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, bid specifications, and order details.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and research teams to ensure customer commitments are met.
  • Support customers by troubleshooting basic issues and providing product-use guidance.
  • Manage inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into actionable opportunities.
  • Maintain customer records and documentation for company-wide visibility.
  • Resolve routine issues related to delivery, expectations, or product questions.
  • Verify eligibility under International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements.
