Job Responsibilities
Join our team to instruct non-credit classes! The Continuing Education Department of ATC is recruiting adjunct instructors for courses in the following areas: Safety, Industrial, various personal interest and occupational topics, including but not limited to: Manufacturing Process, Lean Six Sigma, Wastewater Operator, Instrumentation/PLC, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical & Electrical, Computer- Microsoft Office Suite, Forklift, Grant Writing, Veterinary Assistant Technician, Defensive Driving, First Aid/PR, Welding - MIG/TIG/STICK and Wireless Tower.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Instruction including hands-on and theory, supervision of students
  • Classroom management
  • Clinical supervision (as applicable)
  • Administrative tasks that may include: reports, syllabus, and lesson plan development
  • Development of student materials and tests may also be required

Minimum and Additional Requirements
High school diploma and five (5) years experience in program field required. Additional qualifications may be applicable based on the program and/or regulatory requirements. Courses are offered throughout the year; start dates and times will vary according to the course offering.
