Job Overview:
Requirement/Must Have:
- 1+ years of experience in project management and technical analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Own and run small-scope projects end-to-end as both Project Manager and Technical Analyst.
- Must work US business hours; after-hours and weekend support required for newly implemented clients for a minimum of 2 weeks post go-live.
- Troubleshoot, identify potential escalations, and alert management; analyze data, identify patterns or risks, and apply innovative thinking to solve problems.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the industry that goes beyond mere competence with client systems.
- Communicate detailed insights and implementation direction to the organization.
- Provide communication on issues or complex information to a wide audience; lead client calls during US work hours, EST time zone.
- Independently manage projects demonstrating a high level of autonomy and judgment, often bringing structure to high degrees of ambiguity.

- Excellent merchant and mobile distributed capture domain knowledge across banking environments.
- Deep understanding of teller and distributed capture workflows and deposit lifecycle management.

- Familiarity with banking ERP, check clearing, and remittance processing environments.
