Job description

Role: EDI/FACETS Healthcare QA Tester
Work Location: Boise, Idaho
Interview Process: Phone interview
Duration: 6 months
Required Skills:
  • Senior QA experience - 6+ years
    • Ability to write code and automate tests will be very helpful!
  • 5 years in Quality Assurance (QA) in the healthcare industry - strong healthcare experience is priority
  • 3 years testing healthcare EDI data and/or claims and eligibility extracts
  • 2 years Facets healthcare claims experience

Job Summary:
  • We'd need the contractor to be able to start off running. If we had to train them on any of those things, it'd likely take too much time and effort that we can't spare because everybody is already heads down.
  • They would be dedicated to doing the testing of the solution whereas the Programmer Analyst/Developer does the software design and development of the solution.
  • Being able to write automated tests is not a requirement for this role and if they are only capable of manually testing things, that would be ok. However, a QA Analyst who can write code and can create automated tests would be an absolutely fantastic fit for our project.
