Job description

Entry Level Sales Representative

Aurora's Reserve | Savannah, GA

Build Your Career. Earn Your Success.

In a world of automated ads and crowded inboxes, the most powerful marketing tool is still a handshake.

Aurora's Reserve is a performance-driven, lead-based direct sales and marketing organization. We partner with one of the nation's leading telecommunications providers to bring their services directly to customers and earn their business—but our real specialty is developing people.

We take ambition and pair it with hands-on experience, ongoing mentorship, and a merit-based environment where every opportunity is earned through performance, not tenure. If you're looking for a place where hard work is recognized, growth is accelerated, and no two days are the same, you've found it.

What You'll Do:

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll represent one of the country's largest telecommunications brands through face-to-face customer interactions. You'll develop professional sales skills while learning how to build relationships, communicate effectively, and drive results.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Meeting with prospective customers in person
  • Educating customers on telecommunications products and services
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending the best solutions
  • Building strong relationships through exceptional customer service
  • Achieving individual and team sales goals
  • Participating in daily coaching, leadership development, and team meetings
  • Continuously developing your communication, sales, and leadership skills
  • Directly market and sell telecom products

No Experience? No Problem.

We don't expect you to have years of sales experience—we're looking for people with the right attitude.

Our training program covers:

  • Professional sales techniques
  • Customer acquisition strategies
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Leadership development
  • Business operations
  • Team management fundamentals

You'll receive one-on-one mentorship from experienced leaders who are invested in your success.

What We're Looking For:

We're interested in individuals who are:

  • Competitive and goal-oriented
  • Positive with a strong work ethic
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Comfortable talking with new people
  • Self-motivated and driven by results
  • Looking for more than "just another job"

Whether you're a recent graduate, former athlete, hospitality professional, military veteran, or simply ready for a new challenge, we'd love to meet you.

Growth Opportunities:

Performance creates opportunity at Aurora's Reserve.

We promote from within and believe leadership should be earned through results—not seniority.

As you grow, you'll have opportunities to develop skills in:

  • Team Leadership
  • Sales Management
  • Recruiting
  • Training & Mentorship
  • Business Development
  • Market Expansion

Your career path is determined by your effort, consistency, and results.

What We Offer:

  • Performance-based compensation with uncapped earning potential
  • Paid training and ongoing professional development
  • Clear advancement opportunities
  • Mentorship from experienced leaders
  • Team-oriented, energetic culture
  • Recognition, incentives, and performance bonuses
  • A fast-paced environment where every day is different
  • Commission based

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work full-time in Savannah, GA
