GAC Enterprises LLC is a construction company supporting telecom, utility, and infrastructure projects across the United States. We pride ourselves on safety, quality, and the development of our project leaders.

The Role

We're looking for a Project Manager I to manage the execution of construction projects — coordinating with field operations, supporting customer communication, and developing full project ownership. This is the entry point into Project Management for someone ready to take on full project lifecycle responsibility.

What You'll Do

- Review assigned projects to understand scope, timelines, and requirements

- Coordinate with Construction Managers and field teams to execute project plans

- Maintain project tracking systems for accurate reporting and visibility

- Support scheduling, inspections, and overall workflow

- Manage customer communication and expectations

- Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues

- Support weekly project audits and reporting

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and specifications

- Coordinate inspections and ensure quality standards

- Support project closeout documentation and deliverables

- Assist Senior Project Managers with bid preparation and project financials

Working Conditions

Field-based role with significant travel (up to 50%). 24/7 rotational on-call participation for emergency customer callouts.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of telecom or construction experience

- Prior experience in construction management or field leadership required

- High School Diploma or GED required

- Ability to read telecom construction prints and use Google Earth

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

- Valid driver's license required; OSHA or telecom certifications a plus

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
