The Role

We're looking for a Sr. Project Manager to oversee multiple projects across a region from planning through closeout. You'll lead Project Managers, partner with field leadership, manage financial and operational performance, and play a critical role in customer relationships and regional growth.

What You'll Do

- Oversee multiple projects across a region from planning through closeout

- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and field leadership teams

- Drive alignment between Project Management, Operations, and field execution

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance

- Monitor and drive financial performance across projects

- Partner with billing and finance on accurate invoicing and revenue

- Serve as escalation point for project issues, risks, and client concerns

- Build relationships with key customers, subcontractors, and stakeholders

- Lead regional project meetings and performance reviews

- Standardize processes, reporting, and execution across projects

- Coordinate resource planning and workforce allocation

- Support new market expansion efforts

Working Conditions

Field-based leadership role with significant travel (up to 50%). 24/7 rotational on-call participation for emergency customer callouts.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

- 8+ years of telecom, construction, or infrastructure experience

- Proven experience managing multiple projects across regions or markets

- Prior experience leading Project Managers, Construction Managers, and field leadership

- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred

- Demonstrated experience managing financial performance (budgeting, cost control, billing alignment)

- Experience with Fieldwire or similar project tracking platforms

- Valid driver's license required; PMP or equivalent certification preferred; OSHA 30 preferred

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
