We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to the sales team and customers, ensuring successful integration and application of products. • Understand and communicate the technical features, benefits and applications of b&m IP products.
• Provide technical guidance and support for the sales team and customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.

• Assist the sales team in identifying customer needs and developing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver effective sales pitches and proposals.
• Respond to technical queries from potential customers and provide detailed product information.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent technical support.
• Conduct regular site visits to understand customer requirements and ensure product satisfaction.
• Address and resolve technical issues that arise during the sales process.

• Dedicate a minimum of 2 days per week to field activities, engaging with current customers and prospective customers.
• Conduct weekly customer visits to maintain a strong market presence.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote company products and gather market insights.

• Work closely with customers to ensure successful product integration and application.
• Offer recommendations for product improvements based on customer feedback.
• Supporting function for testing and analysis of products and applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product development and marketing, to align product features and market needs.
• Provide feedback from the field to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
• Participate in internal meetings and contribute to the overall sales and technical strategies.

• Office/field-based with regular travel to meet with current customers and prospective customers.
• Occasional attendance at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

• Previous experience in technical sales, technical engineering, or a related role.
• Experience working with industrial products, fasteners, manufacturing, or distribution environments is a plus.
