The Project Manager, Business Applications leads initiatives focused on integration, modernization, and continuous improvement of field service and enterprise business applications. Reporting to the Manager of Data & Analytics, this role manages the end-to-end delivery of software implementation and systems integration projects, including planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and quality assurance, while partnering with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to support evolving business and operational needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of software implementation, systems integration, and business application projects.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Partner with Field Service, IT, Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to support business and operational objectives.
  • Coordinate integration and modernization efforts across platforms such as ServiceMax, SAP, Windchill, and related technologies.
  • Facilitate project planning, status reporting, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives related to business applications and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure successful project execution and system performance.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support change management activities and operational transition planning.
  • Maintain project documentation, governance standards, and quality assurance processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects or business application initiatives
  • Experience managing project scope, timelines, risks, stakeholder communication, and implementation activities
  • Experience supporting field service, operations, or technical business environments preferred
  • Familiarity with enterprise business applications such as ServiceMax, SAP, Windchill, or similar platforms
  • Strong project leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with process improvement, change management, and vendor coordination preferred
