Summary:

We are seeking a Project Manager for a hands-on, onsite role in our Langley, WA office. This position manages and leads a portfolio of telecommunications construction projects from planning through completion, including project execution, stakeholder coordination, budget tracking, and PMO process improvement. The Project Manager will supervise, mentor, and develop Project Coordinators.Must be able to reliably report to the Langley, WA office as scheduled and as required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT NECESSARILY BE LIMITED TO:

  • Manage the PMO and maintain ownership and accountability for project delivery.
  • Work closely with project sponsors to ensure project resource allocation and adherence to scope.
  • Supervise, mentor, coach, and develop Project Coordinators.
  • Create short- and long-term project plans with milestones, deadlines, and work breakdown schedules
  • Manage project budgets within contract constraints and provide monthly contract EACS reporting.
  • Provide current project status, risks, priorities, and budgets across the project portfolio weekly or on demand.
  • Continuously assess risks, resolve issues as they arise, and engage others when needed to reduce impacts to project budgets and schedules.
  • Maintain project documentation and provide clear, streamlined reports to leadership.
  • Coordinate project meetings, action items, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Ensure team members have the information, tools, resources, direction needed to complete project work, as well as development opportunities.
  • Improve PMO practices, including project standards, templates, workflows, lessons learned, best practices, and process efficiencies.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to support timely project completion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
