Job Description

Work with various groups across Applications/Infrastructure/Telecom and with System Administrators on Company split related activity Assist the BC/DR program team with the creation of various presentation material for awareness, training and reporting purposes 


Support the disaster recovery split activities by working with the various IT teams to complete the required activities by: 

Coordinating the creation of new and changes to existing DR plans 

Coordinate the scheduling and participate in DR exercises 

Creation, changes to and maintenance of exercise documentation 

Tracking and reporting on action items, gaps, risks and recommendations during split activities 

Provide weekly status report to BC/DR program management 


Work with various IT teams to complete BC plan activities including: 

BC Plan creation and sign-offs once organizational structure has been approved 

Assisting teams with completing BIA's in a timely manner 

Assist with the coordination and scheduling of the BC Plan exercises as needed for split activities 


Skillsets desired: 

Business Continuity Management experience required Data Analysis Tech savvy but not specifically technologists (experience working with Corporate IT organizations and understanding IT technologies) 


Process Management/Improvement Additional Notes: 

Candidates MUST be experienced with BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT and DISASTER RECOVERY Candidate must have experience in an enterprise-level IT org. 

Experience desired with SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite
