THIS POSITION IS ON-SITE IN SHERIDAN, WY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the โ€˜Defineโ€™ stage of a Project taking it from a sold project through commissioning
  • Assist Sales during the proposal and approval process including the coordinating
    preliminary and final architectural drawing packages to gain customer approval and
    meeting position objective
  • Help ensure accuracy of Project Pricing, Discounts, and Invoicing to meet customer profile
    and proposal
  • Support prioritizing to help Manufacturing and Purchasing build equipment and procure
    necessary materials in an efficient manner while still meeting the ship date
  • Help identify any special project needs early in process to allow for necessary design efforts
    and sufficient procurement lead times
  • Coordinate with customer stake holders including architects, engineers, regulators, GCโ€™s
    supporting permitting and inspections
  • Work with PMโ€™s, Department Managers, and Mechanical Designers to prioritize tasking
  • Support ancillary Project activities such as invoicing, collections, service recovery, etc. to
    close out projects meeting position objective
  • Be responsive to the customersโ€™ needs and follow through on all aspects of requests, both
    written and verbal
  • Objective support of conflict resolution between stakeholders through the application of
    stated values.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College degree from an accredited college or university preferred (Project or Construction
    Management)ย 
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience (construction or manufacturing project coordination)ย 
  • Alternative: Experience with and Demonstrated Knowledge of Vacutech Equipment,
    Systems, Processes, and Procedures

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.ย  Occasionally, this role will be required to perform tasks on the production floor.ย  While performing the duties of this job, the employee has the potential of being exposed to manufacturing hazards and should have proper training and wear appropriate PPE to properly mitigate risks.ย
