Product Owner (Telecom Platform)
Position: Contract
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ months
Job description:
  • 3+ years in enterprise voice/telecom product management or platform ownership
  • Experience with regulated production delivery: change windows, risk management, incident governance
  • Strong vendor/carrier coordination skills (SLAs, escalation paths, cutovers/rollback)
  • Familiarity with SBC-centric voice architectures (Ribbon preferred; others acceptable)
  • Experience with call identity, anti-spoofing, or adjacent telecom security initiatives
  • Working familiarity with contact center ecosystems (Genesys and/or Amazon Connect) and migration coexistence patterns

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading multi-team, carrier-integrated programs
  • Familiarity with STIR/SHAKEN and caller-identity / call trust programs
  • Experience defining and enforcing non-functional requirements (latency overhead, availability, reliability)
  • Experience supporting hybrid contact center transitions (on-prem to cloud CCaaS)
  • Experience working with BFS Sector
