Position Title: Senior Telecom Project/Program Manager
Location: NJ USA

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead Packet Broker, Network Probe, Network Instrumentation, and Data Mediation programs within a large telecommunications environment. This role will own end-to-end execution, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and delivery governance across multiple network transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, execution, deployment, testing, and operational transition of Packet Broker, Probe, and Data Mediation programs.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
  • Drive coordination across business, network engineering, operations, architecture, and delivery teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and executive stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor relationships, escalations, performance, and delivery commitments.
  • Oversee hardware migrations, probe deployments, network instrumentation, and platform upgrades.
  • Ensure successful project delivery through strong governance and execution discipline.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of project/program management experience in telecommunications or networking.
  • Experience managing complex infrastructure deployment and transformation programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Proven vendor management experience.
