How You Will Make An Impact

  • Manage and reconcile telecom and technology inventory using proprietary platforms, ERP systems, and established inventory-control processes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, client, service, and operational records to support reliable reporting and service delivery.
  • Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, physical verification, and identification of obsolete, slow-moving, or damaged assets.
  • Support telecom-related accounting activities including AP/AR, costing, data validation, reconciliations, and variance reporting.
  • Act as a day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, responding to inquiries and coordinating follow-up across internal teams.
  • Maintain client documentation and service information while supporting recurring account reviews and communications.
  • Partner with procurement, warehouse, operations, finance, account management, and other teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate service delivery.
  • Support renewals, proposals, pricing updates, and basic service-expansion opportunities.
  • Document processes and identify opportunities to improve workflows, operating efficiency, data quality, and the overall client experience.

Do you bring proven success in telecom account support and carrier operations?

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in telecom, including familiarity with carrier products, ordering processes, and billing.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience across account support, operations, inventory management, administrative operations, or a closely related function.
  • Working knowledge of telecom carrier services and the operational lifecycle surrounding orders, inventory, and billing.
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, inventory management, or similar business systems is preferred.
  • Comfortable working extensively with systems, data, documentation, reconciliations, and detailed records.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across high-volume operational information.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Ability to learn proprietary platforms, workflows, and internal procedures quickly.
  • Experience within IT services or managed services environments is a plus.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Operations, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.
