Job description

We're seeking someone to join our team as a Mobile Vendor Governance Manager to provide strategic and financial oversight across key technology vendor partnerships, including +35 mobile carriers and our Managed Mobility Services (MMS). This role sits within the Workforce Services Contract Management & Efficiencies (CME) function and is responsible for deepening governance discipline, improving financial accuracy, strengthening end-to-end vendor accountability, and supporting contract consolidation to a more strategic and cost-effective model.

The role combines mobile governance expertise, telecom operations management, financial controls, and enterprise-level vendor management.

What you'll do in the role:

Strategic Vendor Governance & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison for key vendors, including mobile carriers and MMS providers.

  • Lead vendor performance management through QBRs, SLA/SLO/KPI tracking, and structured remediation actions.

  • Collaborate with internal Sourcing team on contract renewals, RFPs, pricing negotiations, and contract optimization.

  • Partner with business-facing technology teams to ensure carrier roadmaps (5G, eSIM, roaming) support the firm's mobile-first workforce

Financial Governance & Invoicing

  • Own end-to-end financial governance, including telecom invoice validation, forensic billing analysis, Accounts Payable integration and automation, and cost allocations.

  • Strengthen CME's invoice governance capability, focusing on billing integrity and dispute management.
    Contract Management, Change Requests & Governance Improvements.

  • Expand CME support to govern additional contracts.

  • Lead governance improvements through standardized change, request workflows and compliance assessments.

Market Intelligence, Analytics & Reporting

  • Conduct compliance assessments and ensure all processes meet international standards.

  • Develop analytics and insights to support leadership decision-making across contract, cost, and performance domains.

  • Compile operational and financial dashboards, executive presentations, and vendor scorecards.

  • Cross-Portfolio Support & CME Best Practices

    • Contribute to broader governance of CME enterprise vendors.

    • Help standardize CME frameworks, risk controls, performance scorecards, and operating procedures.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • 5+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Telecom Expense Management, Financial Governance, or Technology Operations.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or Information Technology.

  • Strong expertise in invoice validation, Accounts Payable integration, budgeting, forecasting, and forensic billing analysis.

  • Proven experience managing Tier-1 technology vendors through rigorous QBR and SLA frameworks.

  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams, legal/sourcing, and executive finance stakeholders.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI and other reporting tools.
