At Syskoplan Reply, we are seeking a Senior SAP MM/Purchasing Consultant to join our team. You are an individual who has technical and functional expertise of the SAP MM module which allows you to solve problems and deliver optimum solutions for the client. You will act as both a strategic advisor and hands‑on configurator, delivering best‑in‑class solutions aligned with SAP Activate methodology and SAP’s fit‑to‑standard approach. You have strong business acumen, technical expertise, and the ability to translate complex MM processes into standard cloud‑based solutions using SAP Best Practices. You have hands‑on S/4HANA and S/4HANA Cloud experience including use case of standard Fiori applications.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a business consultant to help customers achieve their objectives, understanding the importance of communication in a consultant's role.
  • Problem solve with an extraordinary technical and functional understanding of business process and MM Principles and SAP products.
  • Support end users from a functional and/or technical perspective, working closely with them and the business to analyze and review their business requirements or processes.
  • Troubleshoot and configure SAP MM including integration points with other modules and cross‑functional design/build of other modules. Working on multiple projects as a project team member or team lead.
  • Lead fit/gap and other types of working sessions to understand needs driven by business process requirements. Translate requirements into solutions, using SAP Best Practices.
  • Prepare clear and concise documentation, as well as provide timely status updates.
  • Proactively identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues. Assess corporate impacts of changes and recommend strategies to senior management.
  • Provide knowledge transfer to clients and fellow consultants, in formal and ad‑hoc settings.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Travel up to 50%
  • 8 years of SAP experience with a minimum of 3 full‑cycle SAP implementations including both public and private cloud.
  • Deep expertise in SAP MM/Purchasing within manufacturing environments, including procurement processes, purchasing operations, source determination, inventory and materials management, vendor evaluation and management, goods receipt/invoice verification, subcontracting, batch management/traceability, integration with warehouse and production processes, and SAP Fiori apps.
  • Expert in set‑up/configuration of MM and cross‑functional design/build of other module(s).
  • Proficient in all aspects of a project from requirement gathering and gapping to realization to testing, go‑live prep and go‑live execution as well as hyper‑care support. Ability to lead sessions and create requirements to develop the right client solution.
  • Highly skilled in MM master data set‑up, cleansing, harmonization and migration, including LSMW and Migration Cockpit.
  • Ability to be a thought leader in your domain and contribute to ecosphere both within and external of Reply.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of IOT, Machine Learning and Big Data a plus.
  • International project or SAP configuration experience in NAFTA, LATAM and/or EMEA.
  • S/4 Public and/or Private Cloud Certification.
  • Experience with SAP Activate methodology and SAP’s fit‑to‑standard approach.

The base compensation range for this full‑time position is between $125,000-$165,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also consider prior experience, relevant skills, education, training, certifications, and other job‑related qualifications.
