Tes responsabilités

Dans ton rôle d' Analyste TI - Télécom, ton quotidien sera rythmé de défis stimulants qui te permettront de déployer pleinement ton talent. 
Ton champ d’actions :

  • Assurer la gestion des incidents, requêtes et billets liés aux infrastructures réseau et télécom
  • Effectuer le dépannage, la configuration, le monitoring et la maintenance des équipements réseau
  • Collaborer avec les fournisseurs Internet, de câblage et les partenaires d’affaires afin de résoudre les enjeux techniques
  • Participer aux projets d’implantation de nouvelles solutions et aux mises à niveau d’équipements
  • Analyser les besoins d’affaires et formuler des recommandations techniques adaptées
  • Participer à la rotation de garde hors des heures normales de travail
  • Soutenir les usines au Canada et aux États-Unis et effectuer des déplacements occasionnels
Les qualifications requises

Tu es naturellement à ta place dans le poste d' Analyste TI - Télécom si tu te reconnais :

  • DEP, DEC ou BAC en informatique, réseautique ou domaine connexe.
  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en réseautique.
  • Cisco CCNA ou expérience équivalente.
  • Expérience avec les pare-feu Fortinet.
  • Bonne compréhension des infrastructures réseau, télécom et connectivité infonuagique.
  • Connaissances en scripting Python.
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec une équipe.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, sens de l’analyse et résolution de problèmes.
  • Expérience en milieu industriel ou manufacturier (atout).
