Job Summary:
Inorsa is a rapidly growing company in the engineering tech space focused on revolutionizing the telecom and structural engineering industries through automation tools. They are seeking a Wireless Solutions Architect to serve as a technical advisor for customers, helping them adopt and implement AI-powered telecom solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary technical advisor for multiple clients, guiding them through the adoption of Inorsa’s AI-powered telecom solutions.
• Lead customers on a transformational journey, helping them integrate Inorsa into their workflows to streamline engineering and increase efficiency.
• Define and execute technical strategies tailored to each account, ensuring alignment with customer goals and industry best practices.
• Build a network of technical champions within client organizations to drive broader adoption of Inorsa’s solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in wireless for the Inorsa engineering team, providing guidance on best practices, industry trends, and product development.
• Provide structured mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proven experience in a technical, client-facing role within the wireless telecom industry.
• Extensive expertise in wireless telecom drafting using CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of wireless telecom equipment, as well as operator and tower infrastructure workflows.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to organize, analyze, and communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• The ability to form strong working relationships with executives and champions within customer organizations.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable feedback for the Inorsa product and engineering teams.
• A passion for market disruption and a desire to build something transformative.
Preferred:
• Background in computer science or experience with cloud-based technologies and APIs.
• Experience in software onboarding or customer account management.
