Job description

This position is part of TCSs IoT and Digital Engineering business, focusing on driving growth in IoT and engineering services for customers in hi-tech, telecom and consumer electronics segment. The candidate would drive sales, manage high-value accounts, and build partnerships for services spanning product engineering, software, hardware, manufacturing, supply chain, and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have over 13+ years of industry experience shaping proposals, building strong client relationships, and drive sales while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create business opportunities and enhance value for clients.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, Sell and Manage - Engineering, Manufacturing and IOT Solutions and Services across Hitech and Telecom verticals - end-to-end product engineering services, Manufacturing transformation service, Edge to Cloud IoT platforms and applications and entire product life cycle management services.
• Drive pipeline development and manage sales cycles to closure, contributing to revenue growth and market expansion positioning IOT and engineering services to prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain account maps, identify high-potential opportunities, and strategize go-to-market plans with technical and sales leadership.
• Engage senior client executives, engineering leads, and procurement stakeholders to build long-term partnerships.
• Monitor account performance, lead business reviews, and support relationship management to expand service footprint.
• Represent the company at industry events and build visibility through thought leadership and client engagements
Qualifications:
• 13+ years of experience with at least 5+ years of business development experience in shaping & selling large scale technology solutions.
• Experience and deep domain knowledge in these Industries Hitech, telecom equipment manufacturers, Consumer electronics.
• Experience of positioning offerings, developing, and presenting proposals, value propositions, business cases, and complex deal structuring.
• Knowledge of Electronics / Embedded Product Development cycles including Hardware, Firmware, VLSI, Mechanical, Test & Validation, and Manufacturing.
• Strong technical skills with ability to engage customers with consultative selling is essential.
• Ability to understand market/customer needs and work with solution teams to help develop innovation solutions for the industry.
Salary Range: $200,000 - $250,000 a year
