What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a telecom billing analyst remote, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Telecom Billing Analyst (Remote), you need strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of telecommunications billing processes, and experience with financial data, often backed by a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Familiarity with telecom billing platforms like CSG, Amdocs, or Oracle BRM, and proficiency in Excel or SQL, are typically required, along with knowledge of relevant industry standards. Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and effective communication are essential soft skills for investigating discrepancies and collaborating with internal teams.
