Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (ET), on call & overtime as needed

Clinical Status: Non-Clinical
 

HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Systems Administrator provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations and problem resolution for all server, storage, network devices, etc. Provides Technical Services (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems. Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Infrastructure Support: Conducts activities in support of LifeNet Health infrastructure including servers, network devices, operating systems, O365 services, directory services, permissions, patch management, software deployment, and file services. Administers printers including software setup, group policy deployment, network connectivity, scripting, and troubleshooting issues.
  • System Monitoring: Monitors and maintains system alerts and notifications, and works with system owners on alert notifications and processes.
  • Customer Service and Incident Response: Acts as an escalation point for Technical Services Staff including training and troubleshooting. Responds to incidents and service requests using the service management system according to predefined SLAs. Assists the security team with audits, investigations, and remediations.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • THREE (3) Years – Functional and technical aspects of IT support service to include user account administration, networking, operating systems, and applications
  • ONE (1) Year  - Administration experience with at least one of the following: Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, Office 365, Networking, Security, or Telecom


Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications:

  • Associate Degree – Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Information Systems, Computer Science, or related
  • MCSA, MCP, or equivalent – Microsoft Certification or Professional Certification
  • Security+ Certification
  • System Knowledge: Patch Management utilizing MECM or equivalent
     

Key Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Communication Skills: Basic verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate and build relationships with all professionals at different levels within the organization.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities and manage time/ workload.  Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple time sensitive projects, multi-task, identify project interdependencies and potential risks/ pitfalls.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to perform tasks thoroughly and with care; checks work to ensure a high degree of accuracy/ completeness and early/ on-time delivery.
  • Analysis/ Problem Solving: Ability to identify and define problems and solutions.
  • Systems Knowledge: Proficient in administrating Email Systems, Virtual Environments, Windows OS, Printers, Third-Party Software, Security, Active Directory, Group Policy Management.
  • Equipment/ Technology: Skillful in proper use of tools, hardware, software, and equipment.

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: $27.10 - $36.14 hourly


Final compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience. Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate’s knowledge and relevant experience.
