What does a telecom audit analyst do?

A Telecom Audit Analyst is responsible for reviewing and analyzing an organization's telecommunications expenses and usage to identify cost savings, billing errors, and optimization opportunities. They audit invoices from telecom service providers, ensure contract compliance, and recommend ways to reduce unnecessary spending. By conducting detailed audits and usage analyses, they help companies streamline their telecommunications operations and improve financial efficiency.
