We're hiring a Maintenance Documentation Assistant for a long-term opportunity in South Burlington, VT. With us, it's all about finding the job that's just right. Maintenance Documentation Assistant Onsite: S. Burlington, Vermont Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm Pay starts: $25 - $28/hr +/- DOE Benefits (medical, dental, vision) + paid holidays/paid vacation The Maintenance Documentation Assistant will be responsible for: * Digitizing all necessary documentation and storing in electronic systems. * Preparing documentation for aircraft engine repair events. * Breaking down the completed engine work packages for supervisor approvals. * Review and update paperwork to ensure accuracy prior to filing. * Create CS orders. * Embrace and execute all other duties, as required, or assigned, including serving as back-up to other administrative staff. Training will be provided. * Adhere to general work rules and company policies and procedures applicable to work area and job functions. Qualifications, Experience & Requirements: * High school diploma or GED required. * Criminal background check and compliance with FAA drug and alcohol screening are mandatory. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). * Excellent attention to detail. * Strong prioritization and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Outstanding time management abilities. * Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter. * Familiarity with SharePoint is preferred. * Familiarity with SAP is preferred. * Ability to work overtime as required in support of business. 10168147
