What is a telecom account manager?

Telecom Account Managers are professionals responsible for managing relationships with clients or customers in the telecommunications industry. They act as the main point of contact between the telecom company and its clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
