Key Responsibilities

• Establish a positive and trusting rapport with clients through effective communication and empathy.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailor-made treatment plans suitable to individual client needs.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and emotions.
• Regularly monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.
• Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health record system, adhering to best practices regarding confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and specialists to provide clients with holistic and integrated care pathways.
• Engage in continued professional development through participation in training sessions and workshops focused on current issues in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our services primarily target diverse populations experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our clients include individuals, couples, and families, often from underrepresented communities. This position involves working closely with clients to help them navigate their mental health journeys and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active State Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and clinical practices specifically related to marriage and family therapy.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and electronic health record systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage a diverse case load.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in providing therapy in a community health setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in both individual and group therapy modalities.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices would be advantageous.
• The ability to relate to clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package that includes:
