The Opportunity

Adobe's Digital Strategy Group partners with Csuite leaders across the Media, Entertainment, and Telecommunications landscape to shape the future of customer experience. We help industrydefining brands reimagine how they engage audiences, unlock new digital business models, and accelerate transformation through datadriven innovation.

As a Principal Digital Strategist, you will lead highimpact strategy engagements that sit at the intersection of industry expertise, digital innovation, and Adobe's marketleading technology. You will guide crossfunctional teams, synthesize complex insights, and deliver recommendations that influence the strategic direction of some of the world's most recognizable companies. Your work will position you as a trusted advisor to senior executives and a thought leader on the trends reshaping M&E and Telco.

What You'll Do
  • Lead endtoend strategy engagements for major Media, Entertainment, and Telco clients, from scoping to executive readouts

  • Direct multidisciplinary teams to conduct research, analyze data, and develop insights that uncover new opportunities for customerexperience transformation

  • Translate strategic recommendations into actionable roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes

  • Advise senior leaders on emerging trends, digital innovation, and highvalue use cases for Adobe's technology ecosystem

  • Develop thought leadership that advances Adobe's point of view in the M&E and Telco sectors

  • Build strong, trustbased relationships with client executives and internal partners across Adobe

What You'll Bring
  • 12+ years leading strategy engagements in a top management consulting firm or digital agency

  • Deep expertise in the Media, Entertainment, and/or Telecommunications industries

  • Experience with Martech, Customer Experience and/org digital transformations

  • MBA preferred, but not required

  • Proven ability to shape strategy and convert it into executable plans that deliver results

  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire senior stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities, including comfort with data analysis, hypothesis development, and structured recommendations

  • Demonstrated success leading through influence in complex, crossfunctional environments

  • High intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly absorb new concepts, technologies, and industry dynamics

  • Willingness to travel up to 40%

  • Compensation: The total compensation package includes base salary, annual bonus, and equity. The salary range below reflects the base component and may vary based on experience, skills, and location.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $148,900 -- $271,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $187,500 - $271,500 In New York, the pay range for this position is $187,500 - $271,500 In Illinois, the pay range for this position is $168,100 - $243,400

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
