Summary Telamon Construction has an immediate opening for an experienced Construction Project Engineer in Sandusky, Ohio. This individual will be responsible for providing support to all aspects of the project team, including, but not limited to, the project manager, superintendent and administrative personnel. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with expected quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Project Management: Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, including supporting the scheduling of tasks and activities to meet project milestones.

· Communication: Communicate effectively with project team members, trade partners, and clients through email, phone or face to face conversations. Communication is a vital component of this job.

· Collaborative Planning: Work closely with superintendents, estimators, project managers, and trade partners to develop project milestones, solve challenges, and help manage construction processes.

· Trade Partner & Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and trade partners, by assisting in the procurement process, including obtaining quotes for bidding/change orders and managing vendor relationships. Also, coordinating vendor deliveries and Trade Partner scheduling.

· Operational Involvement: Maintain project documentation; contracts, drawings, RFI’s, submittals, specifications, meeting minutes & to-do lists to ensure effective project planning.

· Bid Support: Assist with bid pursuits by completing
