  • Strategic Relationship Builder: You have a demonstrated track record of building trusted, scalable partnerships with leading professional services organizations.
  • Strategic Collaborator: You excel at defining strategy and driving execution, turning partnerships into sustainable, repeatable growth engines.
  • Executive Presence: You build credible, peer-level relationships with C-suite leaders both within AlphaSense and across partner organizations.
  • Value-Driven: You understand how partnerships drive mutual business outcomes and are comfortable sharing accountability for performance and success.
  • Cross-Functional Leader: You lead through influence, aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal around shared objectives.

What You'll Own
  • Define the Partnerships Strategy: Lead the vision and roadmap for strategic alliances, prioritizing deep alignment and long-term growth.
  • Build Value-Driven Go-to-Market Models: Develop and scale engagement structures-including co-sell and embedded use cases-that ensure strong governance and drive shared commercial growth for AlphaSense and our partners.
  • Cultivate Strategic Alliances: Personally develop and steward senior executive relationships to secure long-term alignment, driving strategic impact and client success across all regions.
  • Structure Collaborative Agreements: Lead the creation of sophisticated, multi-year partnership agreements, ensuring commercial, technical, and legal alignment that benefits all parties.
  • Enable Partner Success: Work with our enablement teams to ensure partners are fully equipped to represent AlphaSense with confidence and accuracy.
  • Embed Partnerships Internally: Drive internal alignment to ensure partnerships are integrated seamlessly into sales motions and product planning.
  • Optimize Relationship Health: Define success metrics to track partner health and impact, using data to continuously optimize the partnership experience.

Why This Role Matters
