Job description

Amazon Prime is a core pillar of Amazon's consumer businesses, serving over 200 million members worldwide. Prime aspires to be the world's most engaging, satisfying, and loved membership program - delivering profitable growth by improving the Amazon experience through fast shipping, exclusive deals, digital entertainment, and an ever-expanding set of benefits. We relentlessly innovate on behalf of customers to bring more value, convenience, and entertainment to our members.
The Benefits, Pricing, and Constructs (BPC) team within WW Prime owns the strategy and product development for Prime's benefit portfolio, pricing architecture, and membership constructs - including how Prime works for households

Prime Family is our fastest-growing workstream, creating the foundation for Prime to become the membership that serves the entire household. Within this charter, the Family Lifecycle & Age-Appropriate Experiences role addresses the most emotionally important - and legally complex - dimension of household membership: how Amazon serves families with children, teens, and young adults as they grow up.
This is a greenfield opportunity to define how millions of families grow up with Amazon - and a high-visibility role with regular exposure to VP and SVP-level leadership.
Key job responsibilities
The Sr. Product Manager - Tech, Family Lifecycle & Age-Appropriate Experiences will own the end-to-end lifecycle for family members from birth through adulthood - ensuring every stage has appropriate guardrails, delightful experiences, and seamless transitions

You will be the single-threaded leader who deeply understands child privacy law across every Prime marketplace and translates legal requirements into product features that parents love and kids enjoy - not compliance checkboxes.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for the family lifecycle: managed accounts for kids, supervised commerce for teens, graduated independence for young adults, and seamless transition to full adult membership
Become the team's foremost expert on child/teen privacy law worldwide - COPPA, UK AADC, GDPR-K, and emerging regulations - and maintain a living compliance framework that all benefit experiences adhere to
Collaborate with benefit teams to define age-appropriate content access policy across Shopping, Video, Music, Kids+, Audible, Alexa+, and Gaming - ensuring consistency, portability across devices, and respect for lifecycle stage
Own the lifecycle state machine and transition triggers: define when and how members graduate between stages, designing "graduation moments" that turn potential churn into retention events
Write technical specifications for age-gated data flows, minor-specific privacy controls, and cross-service consent propagation
Present strategy, progress, and results to Director and VP-level leadership in regular business reviews
