Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional wellbeing through virtual sessions to understand their unique needs and establish therapeutic goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, ensuring these plans evolve as clients progress.
  • Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy.
  • Provide couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and deepening emotional intimacy.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes that comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Regularly review treatment plans in collaboration with clients and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary to align with their evolving needs.
  • Work in partnership with interdisciplinary teams, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care that addresses both mental and physical health.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to crises, offering immediate support to clients who may be in acute distress or facing emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse array of clients, including children, teens, adults, and couples. Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.
  • Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

The competitive salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
